Your satisfaction is our highest goal. That is why we established our No Hassle Return Policy. Please follow the simple steps below to ensure quick and easy returns or exchanges.
- Inspect your package at the time it is delivered to you.
- Get a delivery receipt from the freight carrier that shows the freight company’s name, contact information and a number to track the shipment.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to verify that all items ordered are delivered before you sign the freight company’s delivery receipt.
Damaged Products
If the product is damaged during shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you do so, you must describe the damages in writing on the delivery receipt.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, make a record of the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
Refunds
Products which are properly returned according to the simple steps described above qualify for a refund by crediting the original payment method or by providing an in-store credit. After the return of the product, you will be credited the total purchase price reduced by any restocking fees that may apply. If shipping was provided for free, the credit will be reduced by the original shipping cost. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. If we made an error in shipping the wrong product to you, please contact us within 30 days and we will send you the right product as a replacement at no cost to you.
