My daughter, who is married, has tremendous hormonal mood swings. When she gets really bad she’ll get terrible nightmares at night. When I started her on some oils, she just looked happier. She came out one day and she had left work because she was crying non-stop and she was feeling so down. I put Balance and Serenity on her and started the diffuser with the Citrus Bliss and some Frankincense. I just loaded her up, and almost immediately, she changed. My name is Heidi O. I live in Utah. I joined DoTerra in Feb. 2010. I started using them and loved them. In April, my youngest son passed away. He was 18 years old. Balance is amazing! Without fail, when I put it on my kids and myself, morning and night, they play nice, leaving me shocked at how much I can get done without interruptions!
