Testimonials of Rosemary Essential Oil
Sinus infection and allergies
I first started using the oils for my sinus infections and allergies. At the time I was just using Lavender, but now what helps the most is rosemary, lemon, and melaleuca. I’ll actually put the oils on a Q-tip and stick it in my nose and that really helps. I have my son do that too and it’s helped with his allergies. –Jennifer L.
Tangles in hair
When my sister in law does her girls hair, she uses a spray bottle with some rosemary essential oils in it. This makes it very easy to comb and style, but it also helps to prevent dandruff and heat rash on the scalp; she lives in Cancun, Mexico where it is very humid and these are a big problem. –Patty L. Dry skin
My daughter has really dry itchy skin-I dilute peppermint oil and massage it into her skin and it takes the itch right away! An-g c Floriday, USA
Hair care
I apply lavender and rosemary oil directly to my scalp in the evening before bed and my hair has grown thicker since I have been doing this. –Kimberly J. Florida, USA
Hair growth
I didn't believe it when one of my consultants said it was true! After chemo, my friend started using rosemary oil on her scalp and I had to see her to believe it! She uses it 3 times/day and I am excited to report she is getting success with Rosemary! Her hair is starting to come back! WOW! –Kate H.
Ringworm
I got ringworm and I feel that Rosemary and Melaleuca together has helped it to go away. I would put a couple of drops and rub in a clockwise direction on the area. –Julia S. Colorado, USA
Salt baths
I use many kinds of bath salt blends. I use epsom salts and sea salt as a base. I also use celtic salt as well. For sore muscles I just put about 5 drops each of lavender, rosemary & eucalyptus & 1 cup epsom salts in a nice hot bath. Works great every time. –Dixie S.
